Session cost and details
Telehealth services are available to anyone in the state of Kansas. In person session are available to anyone located near the Kansas City Metro.
$125 for a 50 minute session or $185 for a 90 minute session
The session fee is collected at time of service. I accept credit/debit or HSA cards. Upon request, I also offer a sliding scale or reduced fee for individuals/couples. My reduce fee spots are limited. Good Faith Estimate can be requested.
Sessions are offered either in person or online. Masks are required for all in person sessions.
Premarital session in have an addition one-time $35 fee for the Prepare / Enrich assessment . The couple is responsible for this fee. The assessment is used to guide our premarital sessions.

Tuesday: 10 AM-6 PM
Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 10 AM-6 PM
Friday: 10 AM-3 PM
Saturday: 1 PM-4 PM
All sessions are by appointment only. Masks are required for all in person sessions.
How long does it take?
The easy answer: it depends.
Every client’s circumstances are unique. Your active participation and dedication is crucial to your success. The length of time it takes to accomplish your goals depends on presenting problems, motivation, commitment, schedule, and the factors that are driving you to therapy. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.
Do you take insurance?
The insurance I currently take is:
Sunflower (KS Medicaid)
Ambetter (Marketplace)
Please note that insurance companies often dictate how often, how long, and the treatment a client will receive.
What if I want to use out-of-network benefits?
I can provide you a billing receipt to receive out-of-network benefits, depending on the current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan. It is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. There is no guarantee your insurance will reimburse you.
How do I get started?
To make this process as simple as possible, I am the only person you interact with from the moment a visit is scheduled to walking through the door for a first appointment.

Step 2:
Arrange a time to speak over the phone for a brief (10-15 minute) phone consultation. During this call, we will schedule the first session.
Step 3:
Following the initial phone consultation, paperwork will be emailed that needs to be completed before the first scheduled session.
Step 4:
Arrive for your scheduled session with the completed paperwork and payment.
